- Domestic Deliveries (Vietnam): Orders within Vietnam typically arrive within 3-7 business days, depending on the shipping method and location.
- International Deliveries: Delivery times for international orders may vary. Orders outside Vietnam can take anywhere from 7-14 business days or longer, depending on the destination country and customs processing times.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to factors such as weather, customs delays, and other unforeseen circumstances.
4. Order Processing Time
- Orders are usually processed within 1-2 business days after the payment is confirmed. Orders placed on weekends or holidays will be processed the following business day.
- Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email to monitor the progress of your delivery.
5. Order Tracking
After your order has been shipped, we will provide a tracking number (if available) via email. You can use the tracking number to check the status of your order through the carrier’s website.
6. Delivery Address
- It is your responsibility to provide a correct and complete shipping address when placing your order. Any delays or delivery issues caused by incorrect or incomplete addresses are not the responsibility of SoftxCity.
- If you need to update your shipping address, please contact our customer service team at info@softxcity.xyz as soon as possible. We may be able to update your address if the order has not been processed yet.
7. Shipping Restrictions
- Shipping to P.O. Boxes: We may not be able to deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address when placing an order.
- International Shipping: Please note that certain products may have restrictions on shipping to specific countries due to local laws and regulations.
8. Customs, Duties, and Taxes
- For international shipments, you may be required to pay customs duties, taxes, and other fees upon delivery, depending on your country’s import regulations.
- SoftxCity is not responsible for these charges, and they are the responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information on potential fees.

- Please provide clear photos of any damaged items to help us process your claim.
